Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the countries listed on this page. If your country is not currently available, it may be due to courier restrictions, customs regulations, or temporary service limitations.

Delivery address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We do not accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries which occur due to outdated, incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error after placing your order, please let us know as soon as possible.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country, the selected shipping method, customs processing, and local courier services. Delivery estimates provided during checkout are approximate and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. There may be a delay between receiving shipping confirmation and being supplied tracking information.

Customs, duties and taxes

We will pay for international shipment customs, import duties and taxes ourselves. These charges are not the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported products comply with local laws and regulations in their country.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend documenting the condition of the parcel before opening it. If your shipment appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team with your order number and any relevant photographs or supporting information.

Split shipments

In certain circumstances, large orders or orders containing products stored in different locations may be shipped in multiple packages. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment where available.

Cancellation rights

A customer's ability to cancel differs on an order-by-order basis. Orders that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.
