Returns & Exchanges Policy

At YourCarpet.com, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade carpets and high-value goods. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards. Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and exchanges.

No Returns Policy

Due to the unique, handmade nature of our carpets and high-value goods, we do not accept returns for refunds. Each of our products, especially handmade carpets, is one-of-a-kind with natural variations in color, pattern, and texture that are inherent to handcrafted items.

Before purchasing, we strongly encourage our customers to:

  • Carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and photos
  • Request additional information or photos if needed
  • Consider ordering samples when available
  • Contact our customer service team with any questions

Exchanges Policy

While we don't accept returns, we do offer exchanges under specific circumstances:

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Quality Issues: If you believe the item has significant quality issues that don't align with our product descriptions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with detailed photos.

All exchange requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we will arrange for the exchange of the item.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@yourcarpet.com or through our contact form
  2. Include your order number, detailed description of the issue, and clear photos
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item
  5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will ship the replacement item

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item) or if the item arrived damaged.

European Union Consumer Rights

For customers in the European Union, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, except for customized or personalized items. However, due to the unique nature of our handmade products, this right may be limited.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within the 14-day period. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

International Orders

For international orders, please note that:

  • You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the package reaches your country
  • Return shipping for international orders can be costly and is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed
  • International exchange processing may take longer due to shipping and customs clearance
